Unser Coaching stellt stets eine gute Möglichkeit dar, sich selbst und seine Verhaltensweisen zu reflektieren. Anders als in einer Beratung oder Supervision geben wir in unseren Coachingsituationen nicht etwa die Lösungen vor oder stellen diese zur Entscheidung, sondern entwickeln gemeinsam mit dem Coachee auf der Basis seiner eigenen Erfahrungen, Einstellungen und Sichtweisen einen
Weg zur helfenden Erkenntnis. Der Coach stellt Fragen, die den Coachee hierbei unterstützen können.

Das Ergebnis des Coachings oder einzelner darin enthaltener Themen ist nie vorgegeben, sondern entwickelt sich während der Sitzungen individuell und stets abgestimmt auf die Persönlichkeit und die Begleitumstände des Coachees.

Die Zielorientierung für ein erfolgreiches Coaching kann man inhaltlich unter den nachfolgend aufgezeigten Überschriften unterscheiden. Sehr häufig überschneiden sich jedoch diese Themen in unserer Coachingpraxis.

Personal Coaching

The CEO of a company consulted by us, once described his situation, representative for many others, as follows:
“The higher you climb the career ladder, the less criticism you will meet from your proximate business environment. This was, however, at all times the basis of my personal development. By eliminating or at least reducing the feedback – whether praise or criticism – the self-assessment blurs. The self-perception undergoes a transformation process and will soon be perceived as perfect: if nobody has any objections, it is certainly right, what I am doing.”

The devastating effect of this situation is that any development setbacks – or even defeats – are then not perceived as such initially. And even if they were recognised, they are not associated with oneself as the causatively responsible person. People will start drawing wrong conclusions, and, as a consequence, take suboptimal decisions. They will not critically question their own performance and responsibility. The awareness of your own personal position within the sales process often is the first step towards developing successful sales strategies.
This is the only way to render sales or relationship managers capable of developing the necessary motivation in order to achieve extraordinary performance results for their companies.
Starting from this basic point, all behavioural patterns in the sales process can be analysed and transformed to (more) successful practices, as desired. The sustainability of these measures is consolidated by customised learning cycles.

We support you as manager of, say, a sales team in order to enable you to enhance sales competencies and excellent performance of your staff.

Globales Business, die Schnelligkeit, in der Entscheidungen getroffen werden müssen, die unabdingbare und allzeitige Bereitschaft und Erreichbarkeit zeichnen die uns umgebende Wirtschaftswelt aus. Die arabische und asiatische Wirtschaftsregion charakterisiert sich jeweils selbst als die schnellere und jüngere Welt im Gegensatz zu unserer sich schwerfällig an Entscheidungsprozessen abarbeitenden Alten Welt.

The Arab and Asian economic regions characterise themselves as the faster and younger world as opposed to our Old World, sluggishly implementing decision-making procedures.

Eliminating this historically evolved and alleged disadvantage involves reassessment of your own practices and beliefs – both globally and within your familiar surroundings. In this way, old and new values are compared, raising the awareness for imperatives in development.

In value coaching, we attempt to harmonise your own individual values with the values of your business environment. Only by reaching this goal, an internal and external transformation becomes feasible. Wherever your own personal values stand elementarily opposed towards the values of your environment, energy will be blocked, suffocating the motivation required to fulfil the task. Loyalty, commitment, courage, and dedication depend on a fruitful environment in order to bloom and blossom.

Value coaching supports you as a responsible leader in taking your strategic decisions and in finding your position in challenging situations.

There will be a juxtaposition of your own values and the values expected or already existing in business relations. You may compare the value systems and examine them with regard to their developable intersections.
